lindsay lohan I’m tired of seeing Lindsay Lohan not getting competent assistance, evidenced by the lack of results we see in her life. As a Life Coach,  I believe that I could accomplish so much more if I had two weeks to work with Lindsay. I am offering my help to her for free. Of course, this will have to be rendered after her 90-day sentence.

For the first time, Lindsay Lohan’s treatment will take place in a “lock down” rehab facility. This means Lohan will be in treatment round the clock and won’t be able to leave the facility for any reason. Even after a few weeks, when patients typically can earn the privilege of an off-grounds trip, Lohan will not be eligible. “No day passes. You can’t leave,” California Superior Court Judge James Dabney told Lohan, warning her that if she did leave it would be considered a violation of her sentence.

Forcing Someone To Improve Does Not Work

The old adage that, “You can take a horse to water, but you cannot make it drink” is quite appropriate. Lindsay’s roller-coaster life is indicative of the high unworkability of so many rehab facilities in America.

In a 2005 article in the journal Addiction, Deborah A. Dawson and her colleagues calculated a natural recovery rate for alcoholism of 24.4 percent over the course of a year. Only 24.4 percent of the alcoholics studied simply wised up, got sick and tired of being sick and tired, and quit. This indicated that the vast majority of people do not recover, yet these facilities are supposedly run by “experts”.

Spiritually Based Life Coaching Is More Effective

Versus treating non-existent diseases, which I write about later in this article, I work in coordination with medical professionals to first treat any medical issues that can be proven with X-rays, blood tests and other scientifically based methodologies. Once these are cared for, I believe that elevating an individual must address the power and potential as a spiritual being. We are all born with greatness, and Lindsay Lohan is no different. As an artist, she has been subjugated to unique pressures. All effects have a cause, and this is what I deal in. I do not label people, punish them or allow them to develop excuses or crutches.

The So Called “Breakthroughs” Are Breaking Down

The biggest so called “breakthroughs” touted by National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) and Big Pharma are failures, of whom are spending hundreds of millions of dollars annually in marketing, so as to convince us that the use of their medications actually treat addiction and prevent relapse. But the rehab industry has been inundated with unworkable practices and destructive drugs. And their lack of results speak for themselves.

Psychiatric disorders are not medical diseases. There are no lab tests, brain scans, X-rays or chemical imbalance tests that can verify any mental disorder is a physical condition.  This is not to say that people do not get depressed, or that people can’t experience emotional or mental duress, but psychiatry has repackaged these emotions and behaviors as “disease” in order to sell drugs. This is a brilliant marketing campaign, but it is not science.

“There has been no shortage of alleged biochemical explanations for psychiatric conditions…not one has been proven. Quite the contrary. In every instance where such an imbalance was thought to have been found, it was later proven false.” —Dr. Joseph Glenmullen, Harvard Medical School psychiatrist

When life takes a turn for the worse, or just makes an unexpected change such as a divorce, a new job or moving to a new location, having a Life Coach that can help you build self-confidence may be the difference for a smooth transition.

Although I work with both men and women, as a Life Coach i have tended to work mostly with other women. As a woman, a mother, wife and small business owner, I know the stresses that can surround one in life. Over the last 12 years I have been a practicing Life Coach that emphasizes our spiritual power and goodness. I am not about finding labels, excuses or reasons why life cannot be optimum or even a bit better to start out with.

Self-confidence is the key to turning around any bad situation in an area of life. While no one can completely prevent bad things occurring in life, self-confidence in ourselves and abilities is what we resort to to take on the most difficult of problems. As the Dalai Lama once said, “With realization of one’s own potential and self-confidence in one’s ability, one can build a better world.”

Self-confidence can be built with in a relatively short amount of time with some simple coaching techniques and tailored counseling to address core problems and their sources. These techniques are time-tested and simply need to be understood and applied. Application to real life situations is what I stress with all those wonderful women that I have an opportunity to help and to grow spiritually.

I believe quite sincerely that we have an infinite amount of ability. Moreover, it is my personal conviction that we have a purpose and a reason fro being here. What we do in today will resonate for the rest of our lives, as well as affect the lives and future of ourt family, our local community and event the world around us. To discount our value in this world is not what brings about our greatness and potential. We all deserve a life filled with abundance, fulfillment and love.
